The process runs in four steps: an honest first conversation, design and selections, coordination and shop drawings, then delivery and installation. Here is what each step involves and where your input carries the most weight.

Plan on roughly 8 to 16 weeks from approved design to installation for made-to-order custom cabinetry, plus design and selection time up front. Your timeline depends on the line, the finish, and the season.

Painted or stained cabinetry: cost, durability, and look
Painted cabinets give a smooth, color-flexible, contemporary look but can show wear at the joints over many years. Stained cabinets show the wood grain, hide wear better, and age gracefully. A lot of Front Range kitchens now use both.

Inset sets the doors flush inside the frame for a tailored, traditional look at the highest cost. Frameless, or full-access, opens up storage and suits clean modern lines. European is a refined frameless take built for a clean, contemporary feel. All three are available in the cabinetry we offer.

Stock is the cheapest and most limited. Semi-custom adds sizes and finishes at a middle price. Custom gives you any size, wood, and finish, with the best fit and the longest life. For a kitchen you plan to keep, custom often costs less over time.
